The Crimson Hawks baseball team swept a double-header with Gannon to lock their first PSAC playoff berth since 2017.
In Game one, IUP won 7-3. Torrey Roper was 2-3 with 2 runs scored and Branden Kanick was 3-3 with one run scored and three RBI’s. Mark Edeburn went the complete game in game 2, striking out three over seven innings and giving up just the one run.
The two teams will play a nine-inning game today to wrap up the season, and IUP will begin playoff action on Monday.
