State Police have released a batch of surveillance images as they seek to identify two people, a man and a woman, who stole almost $5,000 worth of printer ink cartridges from the White Township Walmart store.
The two thefts took place last month, the first on November 9th at about noon and the second one week later, on the 16th, at around 12:30 PM. In both cases, they used the exact same technique. They took a black-and-yellow moving container and loaded it with ink cartridges. Then the woman went to the self-checkout are and purchased three small items while the man waited in a different area of the store. Then they met up and walked out of the store together. On November 9th, they stole $2,125.16 worth of cartridges, and on the 16th, they took $2,781.71 worth.
The surveillance photos of the couple show a white male and female, each of medium build and accompanied by a small child. There are also pictures of the vehicles they were driving, one a dark-colored SUV and the other a light-colored car. (Click the thumbnails below)
