Hundreds turned out at the Homer-Center High School Track last night to pay tribute to a student who died in a tragic collision last week on Route 119.
A lantern release was held around 6:00 last night in memory of Isaac Kelly, who was hit and killed while he was running along Route 119 in Homer City last Tuesday.

The tribute was organized by some of Issac’s friends to celebrate his life. One of the organizers was Matthew Lewis, who recently graduated from Homer-Center. After the ceremony, Lewis talked about how much the lantern ceremony meant to him.
